A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 25-year-old woman was found dead at Bestival, a music festival in southwest England.
The woman, who has not been named, was discovered in woodland near the festival campsite in the early hours of Monday morning.
Officers said she lived in London and had travelled to the four-day event in East Lulworth, Dorset.
A statement from Dorset Police said: “Very sadly, following a search of the area the body of the woman was located in a wooded area on the edge of the festival site.”
The force confirmed that it had arrested a 28-year-old man, also from London, on suspicion of the woman’s murder. He was not named.
