The Straits Times has reported that about 250 eager fans have already started camping out at the Apple store by Thursday (Sept 20) afternoon just so they can be one of the first few to get their hands on the new iPhone XS and XS Max.
Both iPhones will only be released at the store on Friday at 9am.
Instead of joining the insanely long queue that is set to grow by the time you read this, here are three other ways you can also get your hands on the latest Apple phones.
This is the first time that newly-unveiled Apple products will launch on the online retail store, Lazada, alongside the Apple store.
The iPhone XS and XS Max will go on sale on the site at 8am on Friday.
They will be available in 64GB, 256GB and 512GB capacities.
The Apple Watch Series 4 will also be launched on Lazada at the same time.
As a launch promotion, the first 300 customers who order the iPhone XS, XS Max and the Apple Watch Series 4 between 8am and 9am tomorrow will have their purchases delivered by noon. Those who order by 11am will enjoy same-day delivery.
The site will give away additional discounts and warranty. Check it out here.
Red White Mobile
Red White Mobile is opening their retail store from 8am on Friday.
The store is selling the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. Both models will be available in 64GB, 256GB and the 512GB in all three colours – gold, grey and silver.
Before heading down to the store, you can register your interest through Whatsapp at 86684811 or call them directly at 6735 4811 and Red White Mobile staff will attend to you.
You can also visit the store which is located at 420 North Bridge Road, #01-20, North Bridge Centre, Singapore 188727.
Queues have also formed at the Courts store in Somerset, but they are not as long as the one outside the Apple store.
Courts posted pictures of the queue, and advised customers who want to beat the queue to register their interest for the latest iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max now.
Customers can submit a form, indicating the model that they want to purchase and their contact details.
