This week, we’re going straight to the picks!

Last week: 5-8-2

Season: 46-45-3

Chicago Bears (+7.5) at Green Bay Packers (Thursday, 8:25 p.m. ET)

Aaron Rodgers is playing terribly and Eddie Lacy is injured, so I expect the Packers to win this one easily. By the way, just as the Steelers should retire their awful jailbreak uniforms, so too should the Packers get rid of whatever they wore last weekend.

The pick: Packers -7.5

New York Giants (-3) at Los Angeles Rams (in London, 9:30 a.m. ET)

Josh Brown needs to be cut immediately and out of the NFL for good. Meanwhile, this game will be played at Twickenham Stadium, which is a phenomenally British name for a stadium, and I’m inclined to never bet on a team from the west coast playing in Europe.

The pick: Giants -3

Minnesota Vikings (-2.5) at Philadelphia Eagles (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET)

I’ve incorrectly predicted the outcome of the Eagles game every single week this season.

The pick: Vikings -2.5

New Orleans Saints (+6.5) at Kansas City Chiefs (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET)

The Chiefs at home are generally a safe enough play, right?

The pick: Chiefs -6.5

Washington Redskins (+1.5) at Detroit Lions (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET)

I’ll take Washington to win outright against the league’s worst defense.

The pick: Washington +1.5

Cleveland Browns (+10) at Cincinnati Bengals (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET)

Assuming Terrelle Pryor is out, the Browns will legitimately have zero good players on the field this weekend. But hey, the Indians are in the World Series!

The pick: Bengals -10

Buffalo Bills (-3) at Miami Dolphins (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET)

The Dolphins are 24th in rush defense, according to Football Outsiders. LeSean McCoy is too good for that.

The pick: Bills -3

Oakland Raiders (+1) at Jacksonville Jaguars (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET)

What am I missing?

The pick: Raiders +1

Indianapolis Colts (+3) at Tennessee Titans (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET)

The Colts have an abysmal defense and the Titans are sneakily decent, but I just can’t bring myself to bet on Marcus Mariota over Andrew Luck.

The pick: Colts +3

Baltimore Ravens (+1) at New York Jets (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET)

Looking forward to Ryan Fitzpatrick coming off the bench in the second half and winning this one for the Jets!

The pick: Jets -1

San Diego Chargers (+6.5) at Atlanta Falcons (Sunday, 4:05 p.m. ET)

Joey Bosa is awesome, man.

The pick: Falcons -6.5

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-2) at San Francisco 49ers (Sunday, 4:05 p.m. ET)

Again, what am I missing?

The pick: Buccaneers -2

New England Patriots (-7) at Pittsburgh Steelers (Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET)

source
Gene J. Puskar/AP

Oof, New England as seven point favorites in Pittsburgh scares me. But then, Landry Jones does not.

The pick: Pats -7

Seattle Seahawks (+2) at Arizona Cardinals (Sunday, 8:30 p.m. ET)

source

Lock of the week!

The pick: Seahawks -2

Houston Texans (+7.5) at Denver Broncos (Monday, 8:30 p.m. ET)

Brock’s return! This is yet another “Monday Night Football” game that’s bound to be disappointing.

The pick: Texans +7.5
