- Conor McGregor was seen at a UFC event on Saturday. The Irishman made a loud entrance backstage as he cheered on teammate Artem Lobov. McGregor could reportedly defend his lightweight championship against Tony Ferguson in 2018.
Conor McGregor made an unmissable entrance at a UFC event in Gdańsk in Poland on Saturday.

Lobov was competing on the preliminary card but lost a three round decision to Andre Fili. Having now suffered back-to-back defeats, Lobov said after the fight that he was considering switching sports and competing in boxing.
“Paulie [Malignaggi] wouldn’t be a bad fight,” Lobov told UFC. “I know he’s after big paydays so he might not be interested in a fight against me but if he was, I’d be all for it.”
McGregor, meanwhile, is in line for his own UFC fight as he is expected to defend his lightweight title against jiu-jitsu expert Tony Ferguson.
UFC president Dana White recently said: “It’s the fight that makes sense and is the fight that has to happen.”
